Synitec's Harm Reduction Policy a Hit
Minneapolis, MN

A Minneapolis corporation's harm reduction initiatives took effect last Monday, and since then employees have taken advantage of the new policies.

Glenn Biznicz, a compliance officer for Synitec, now keeps his floor-standing wide-mouthed graphix bong at his desk, and loves the convenience.

"My schedule is extremely hectic as it is," says Biznicz. "The amount of time I waste running out to my van every couple hours is eating away at what's really on Synitec's dime."

Everybody wins, according to HR Manager Nava Bahktar. "We realized that if most employees were sitting in their vehicles smoking bong loads and listening to Santana all day, how were they getting any work done?"

Some employees have argued the initiatives are exclusive and do not include the usage of heavy narcotics like heroin, morphine and Chinese opium, which they claim usually requires a den.
