A 26 year-old man was slapped viciously in the face while his mouth was full of pizza last Saturday. "I was sitting on a picnic table outside Foul Play enjoying my pizza when this dude came out of nowhere and slapped me in the face has hard as he could,” said Brian Kemp, an extension student at the University of Minnesota - School of Theater Arts.
According to Kemp, he was minding his own business when a white male student walked up to him and slapped him extremely hard after he had just taken a very large bite of pizza. The pizza, along with two of his teeth were slapped from his mouth.
Brian recalls, "The dude was out of his mind. He bent me backwards over the table and had his hands gripping my neck."
During the melee, Kemp's pizza flipped off the table and landed on the ground, face down.
"That guy's lucky I didn’t have a chance to react," sobbed Kemp, "otherwise it might be a different story."
Kemp, now missing both his front teeth has strained muscles in his back and has vowed to track his assailant down. "If I ever find that a-hole, I’ll gut him."
"We can’t have people assaulted for no reason," said Sergeant Sven Stash of the U of M Police.
Despite the fact that gang rapes and brutal attacks are rampant this year, U of M Police are committed to this case. "You slap pizza from a weak man's mouth? That's what I call hate." said Sgt. Stash.
If you have any information please call the U of M campus police.
